About Us

Harvest Christian Center exists to become a church that wins and connects the communities of Los Angeles County to Christ through Life Groups. Our mission is to glorify God by bringing people to Christ, cultivating Christian maturity and developing the body of Christ for ministry and her mission to the world through Life Groups.

Our Bishop

Bishop Duane A. Ganther is the founding Pastor of Harvest Christian Center in Los Angeles, California. As Pastor, he has served the church faithfully for over nineteen years. Bishop Ganther is a graduate of the University of Southern California where he received his B.S. degree in Religion with a focus on Judaic Studies. He also graduated from Hebrew Union College with a Masters of Arts Degree in Judaic Studies. In addition, he’s done course work at Fuller Theological Seminary. These years of spiritual and academic preparation have given Bishop Ganther a highly anointed, practical, and educated approach to the Word of God. In 1994, he founded the Young Eagles, Inc., an organization dedicated to building inner city boys into successful men.
